Has anyone experience with those aftermarket mirrors that include a monitor, back up system and maybe even a gps unit?

There are hundrets of different units on ebay and other sites. Any experiences?
(Basically I would be interested in adding a monitor for a back up camera. It would be awesome if it would hold a microphone and some reading lights (like Mercedes has them) But I didn't find a unit like that.)
