Hello everyone,,
got a 2000 outback with around 180K. head gaskets, fuel filter and timing belt have all been changed within the last 60K. i hadn't driven the car in a while since it's been up for sale, but got in it today and it has NO low end power. like you're afraid to pull out into traffic type of power. anyway, a mechanic suggested the timing belt might be off by a tooth, or the fuel filter clogged. i suppose either one of those is possible, but the fuel filter fix would be much easier to deal

something is definitely wrong - any thoughts? i really can't sell it like this.
