I reference an A/C issue I have with my 2008 Outback XT in a previous post. My question here is, does anyone have suggestions on how to escalate a service issue above the dealership level? I have now had 2 dealerships that can correct the symptoms but not diagnose the underlying problem. Any information on steps forward would be greatly appreciated.
