Fitting rear sunroof blind - 2001

Hey,

Got my first Outback a few days ago - with a few problems - one including the sunroof blind not being fitted.

We had a go at it earlier - it appears one of the clips at the corners is totalled (one side of one clip)

We tried to reseat it several ways, but couldn't get it in-front of the spring loadded clips on the glass section, or get the tabs on the blind behind the glass panel.

So to me, its like you have to take the glass panel off to re-seat it correctly. Is this right?
