Flatout Suspension GR Plus lift suspension : Updates

Our most popular lift suspension (the GR Plus) is being revised to be even better! Most notably, you'll see the new blue springs from KING. We chose to use them due to their reputation, ability to resist deflection, and we like to be matchy-matchy. King offers rates that work perfectly with the Outback ranging from 200-350lbs (there are higher and lower, but this range suits 95% of Outbacks).

Beyond the beautiful blue springs, we've done a revision you can't see, and one we won't disclose inside of the shocks. As you may or may not be aware, our shocks are handed down from our rally and motorsport line. If you have a GR Lite, a GR Plus, or a GR40; yes, you have rally derived shocks. This work amazing at high speed, completely gliding over rough surfaces. As we listen to your feedback, we've learned a lot you want something a bit softer at lower speeds. We've done it.

Using our Bronco Sport as a test mule, we played with a few different ideas, we confirmed our direction with some offroad suspension industry friends and they all said "yep, that'll make a huge difference and give you what you're looking for." We fitted our Bronco Sport with our version we've been making all along. Speeds under 45mph could feel better, so the shocks came off, we tore them down and gave it the revision and put it all back together. Nailed it. You can immediately feel the difference pulling onto the street and setting off. While we did use the Bronco Sport to develop, this does translate over to the Outback (and everything else) as the change is something universal.
