find wires from swtich to the power control unit, cut.
instead of making the wire run through a control unit that makes them turn off with out lights, run a drict power supply from the battery to the switch. now you can have your foglights on without your headlights.

Only turn your light switch to the parking light position and then put your fog light swich on. Works for my Aussie spec version. I suppose the US versions would be the same.

Nope no go.. and did not work back in 95 on my (then) Impreza
