Hi guys, I found my 2016 2.5 premium outback has a cable was not connected near the ABS pump. Looks like it comes from a part which has a BOSCH label on it. The cable is quite long and wrapped together so I don't know where it should be plugged in. Don't know if anybody else has the same issue?

It's not unusual to find one or more wiring harnesses that are coiled and taped from the factory like that. It's usually for equipment that the particular car doesn't have or for connecting shop equipment for testing/diagnosis.

The Bosch device is part of the the ABS control system.

I believe that particular plug is for the hood open sensor for the remote start system.

If I recall, anything with blue tape like that is for accessories that can be installed post-production.

+1 That is what is refereed to as "break away tape" It is used for Accessories. The Remote Start instructions mention it for installation in a couple of different places.
