Well, I picked her up when she had only 9k miles on her about 5 years ago and have been in love with her ever since. We have gone through rough times (new front bumper and hood thanks to a small incident in a shopping mall parking and brand new engine curtsey of SOA and only has 20K miles on it.)

Now, my heart is broken as I need to sell her and get a fuel efficient car like an Elantra due to me having a 70+ mile daily commute and having to fuel up every 4 days. Can't get a car until I sell mine.

Don't buy a Korean car. You'll regret it.

Keep the Subie, just keep your foot out of it. Gas is cheaper than car payment and gas.

I know this car... It's a beauty. Leo really knew what he wanted to do with it, and it shows. This is a really nice car.

If you get a wild hair and decide to return to stock on some parts, I might be willing to take some of the aftermarket things off your hands.

I've learned on previous cars, you never get back out what you put into it. You could take off most of those upgrades, return them to stock, and still get as much money for it. The only other person that will give you a premium for that car with upgrades is another Subaru enthusiast. But they likely have their own toys. So for getting the most out of your car, parting out the upgrades is usually the optimal choice.

But I understand your reservation with pulling parts - especially if you don't have the stock stuff anymore. Your car is a work of art. I have a stock 2007 OBXT- not sure what crosses over to your 05 LGT. But if you're interested in trading parts (and me giving you money, of course) I'd be happy to have a chat with you.

Unless one of your close friends who knows the car wants it - no one buys modded cars these days. Far far too many yahoos messing with expensive hardware to take the risk financially unless your dropping cash on a play toy which case a 911 Turbo has a better chance of getting sold in modded format.

Take it back to stock - get your foot out of it - sell the modded gear for some good money and your way ahead of the game.
