I recently replaced my silver trim with the woodgrain. For sale here is my original set that was removed from my 2012 Outback with ~10k miles on it. All pieces are in great condition with minimal signs of wear. You will have to use your 3 yellow clips on the passenger side dash piece. Any questions feel free to ask.

What did it cost you to switch to woodgrain? Did that include the shift knob?
