Did you refer to the manuals I linked in my first reply? Page 12-10 is the beginning of the fuse listings for the different fuse panels (found this using the index at the end of the PDF). Yes, fuse 20 in the dash fuse box is for the accessory power outlet.

If you didn't get the book with your car, it might be handy to download it from the link I provided above, it has all this info in it.

On the reverse side of the access door on the instrument panel, there should be a sticker identifying the circuits.

the front 1 lighters are 7.5amp it is only the rear one near the hatch that is 20amp
