I think any longtime Subaru owner, and I believe Subaru themselves have come out and said that their quality control has gone downhill over the last few years.
Don't think this ones a biggy, just someone forgot a fastener.
But today the infamous infotainment bugs and problems drove me to turn around and go home to fix it.
I tried to pulling the fuse for the system first. And that's when I found the fuse block under the driver's dash was loose. And upon further inspection it appears someone forgot to install the bolt or screw to fasten it to the metal tab on the left of the attached picture.
So I figured I'd post it with a picture so others can check. Makes it a little tougher to install a fuse when the whole block is loose.
Now to try and find the P/N for that fastener.

***UPDATE*** More missing parts

In regards to my previous post. Ordered and installed missing fuse & relay block fastener. Only to find that the top flange nuts were missing as illustrated in the attached parts picture.
