What type of MPG are you getting and where to do you buy gas, please? I changed the timing belt on my '07 OB at 112K miles and have had terrible gas mileage since then (Now at 115,600) I used to get 25-27 and then after the belt change I was getting 18-19 mpg. I changed out my Fuel Air O2 Sensor in bank one position one yesterday. That helped me go to 23-24 MPG. I took the battery off line now, to reset the system. Not sure what else to do. I thought maybe I need to change out the 02 sensor of bank 1 pos 2. Not sure if that one affects fuel consumption. Has anyone else had this issue? I do not think it is winter fuel mix. I never noticed this in years past. No CEL codes. No issues other than I get pissed when I check the instantaneous and avg MPG.

Mechanic was a complete Maroon!

Is it possible that the mechanic made a mistake while installing the timing belt?
That was one of my concerns. But since I was the one who installed it, I got no one to blame... I did take the covers off and have it looked at by a shop guy and he verified that I did it correctly. So I guess I just need to drive it 200 miles or so and see if it straightens itself out...
