Does anyone know if the Gen 2 Outbacks had a factory security system option of perimeter alarm "Shock Sensor"? I have a factory security system installed but it only activates if a door is opened. I would like to do a upgrade for a perimeter alarm option and was wondering if Subaru offered a factory upgrade. I found this kit from Subaru H7110LS400 but think it is what I have already.

Thanks for the info, I dont think it ever worked since I bought the car in 2002, at least i've never heard it go off. Im going to have to investigate this one. When I bought the car new, they added the security system before I picked it up. Is this unit located on the side of the car radio and is the adjust screw on it? Thanks
