My 2013 SAP went dead flat after about a month. Still don't know why. I pushed all the switches trying to figure out what was wrong so I'll never know if I left something on.
Slow charged it back up and have been rock solid ever since. Maybe yours sat on the lot a bit and was never/rarely started. Sometimes stuff just happens. A free loaner is absolutely in order.
