Kevin, here. First thing's first. I do not own a Subaru, nor have I never owned one. I drive a '12 Mazda3. I do, however work at a Subaru dealership in Minnesota. I hope to help you fine folks in hopefully getting your problems figured out, and to socialize, and see what's going on in the world of Subaru owners.

I'll give you recommendations and thoughts as to when I believe you're being screwed over by your dealership or not.
