One, why did you change the chain? Unless there is an oiling issue which would cause internal engine damage those chains don't wear out.
What kind of fluid did you put in? Do you have a "kinked" hose?
And just for future reference, you don't need to disconnect PS hoses, just unbolt the pump and move it over to the fender.
