yeah, it's just the air problem on the suction side. Change the o-ring, consider putting better hose clamps on that hose from the tank. Don't over torque the bolt holding the hose mount on top of the pump.

It will bleed itself fairly quickly. Use a turkey baster with a length of hose on it to swap out some of the fluid if it's dark. Use Dexron III or equivalent. NOT some generic PS fluid.
