Have hot temp, from driver side and cool/cold from passanger side. Took it to my local shop and had it flushed and what came out was a rubbery snot like black substance. Not real shore what to think as well as the mechanic.and still no better

1 thought is the approved subaru coolant additve for the head gaskets

Any thoughts

if that much rubbery snot like substance came out then i'd try flushing it a second and maybe third time.

clogged heater cores and passengers side heat loss happens in newer 05+ subaru's, a search should yield some results my recollection is limited on years/models/causes. tribecas for instance have it happen and you need to flush the heater core. it might involve actuator doors for other models....
