Passed on the Subaru Conditioner as its a preventative not a fix.
Added a small bottle of K-Seal today and leak has stopped within the first 20 miles . At 30 miles and still holding . Now to peddle this puppy off.

The exhaust gasket was nearly corroded in twain.
I likely caused the head gasket failure, as I raced a Celica GT on a off-ramp.
Symptoms: Temp gauge showing high temps, and oil in radiator overflow. Head gaskets looked original. This car was used as a highway vehicle by a local business.

Miles: Detected at 102500, looks like it had been leaking for awhile. Haven't done my own oil change in some time and no one said anything . Caught it after checking on a heat shield rattle.

Dealer shop did repair...head gaskets, timing belt & u-joints for about $2,500.00.
155,000 + miles on it now but I always have an eye on that temp gauge.

(Same car, first time it lost the oil into cooling water and damaged a rod bearing which resulted in installing a 2.5 SOHC from a Outback 2000, with 56.000 miles on it)
