I have been trying to figure out how to remove/hide the trip A and Trip B display but to no avail. If you are able to help, I would be grateful!

The buttons just behind the steering wheel, on the lower L. Toggle the end R or L one while looking at the top display in the center of your instrument cluster. Hit and hold the trip reset button on the L side of dash and whatever has been toggled to will reset.

Yes, I have looked at the manual. Page 165 to be exact. All it shows is how to toggle back and forth between A and B. And it shows how to reset A and B. I'm trying to make the trip meter disappear altogether. This is the first vehicle where I haven't been able to display just the odometer. I'm assuming at this point it isn't possible or it is and it is poorly documented.
