In general I haven't noticed a 2" lift and marginally larger tires affecting anything. But if you get tires not known for mileage - knobby, aggressive offroad - I doubt they're going to help.
Specifically, weight of vehicle, driving style, driving environment, highway, city, tires, lift, bars, vehicle, mountains, flat, hot, cold - there's too many variables to accurately assess gas mileage impact.
