Hello all. I'm new here so forgive me if i step on toes.

I have a trusty old 2004 Subaru Outback wagon.

I think I need to replace the left turn signal bulb. When I activate the turn signal sometimes it clicks very fast and the turn signal doesn't light up/flash.

When I redo it it clicks normally and the turn signals flash/light up. This is true for both the back and the front (on the left)

I figured this was a sign one of the bulbs was on the fritz.

I tried replacing the bulbs in the front. The top bulb slotted in the upper compartment fine (push, turn and it's in firm) but the bulb in the lower compartment won't turn and slot into its space. So I'm thinking that's what is causing the problem.

Does anyone know if I can replace the bulb socket - and what i would ask for at the auto store?

Many thanks
