Nope, unless you have some issue with the wiring that causes a short and the car burns to the ground. As long as you search out an installer that is MECP certified and works at a specialty shop that is well respected you should be great. When I worked at a specialty shop the installers were great, had training from the company as well as years of experience.
In general the warranty cannot be voided by any aftermarket addition as long as it doesn't drastically alter the normal functions of the vehicle as it was designed. If you have the alarm/rs installed and the power seat quits working the dealer can't blame the install on the issue.
