Not really....VAG uses tons of shared parts across Porsche/Audi/VW lines (And Lambo too). Opel/Vauxhall is all GM. My Volvo I had before the Outback was loaded with Ford parts. Saab I had before that was loaded with GM/Opel parts. I guess BMW and Merc would be the only exceptions...about the only "true" solo automakers left!

Toyota owns a stake of Subaru, so we are likely to see more shared parts in the future.
