Invoice Pricing: Edmunds vs. Reality

Hi all, just going back and forth with the dealer on pricing for my new 2013 Outback factory order.
While the dealer and Edmunds agree on the "invoice" pricing for the base 3.6R limited and the SAP, when it comes to options, the dealer is much higher on the quoted "invoice" prices (closer to retail than to Edmunds for invoice pricing).

Anyone know if Edmunds invoice pricing is correct for options?

For example: (invoice prices per Edmunds / Dealer)

Splash guards: 71 / 92
Puddle Lights: 97 / 152
Illumination: 146 / 214

I remember I got the rear bumper guard below Edmunds Invoice, will-call at Parts (and DIY installation).<O:p</O:p
Are you picking up the kits, or are being quoted as-installed (and thus charged accordingly)?<O:p</O:p
It's a factory order with those options being installed at the factory (I would assume)
You are only $144 apart. Ask for 5 free oil changes and pay retail for the options.
Thereby (probably) the difference, Invoice/Accs have no Labor.

Thats what Im trying to figure out. Hopefully someone knows for sure why the prices are different. A couple of the options he's quoted are even higher than MSRP, which is whats really odd.
I think the base model prices are correct on Edmunds, however the option invoice prices I think are at a lower price... I have seen the invoice pricing higher on another site.

The Invoice pricing for the options on the VON were above Edmunds but by an insignificant amount--mainly a few dollars here and there. I did note the MSRP on the VON was several hundreds more(500 I think) than Edmunds.
