My wife and I updated to iPhone 8 plus phones with OS 11.3. They will not sync with our 2017 OB Limited with Eyesight Our old phones an iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 worked fine. I see nothing wrong. The head unit shows the phones, just will not connect. No idea where to look. Not sure if it is a Subaru or iPhone issue. Appreciate any help.

Is it a problem with both Bluetooth and USB? You may need to delete the old phone(s) from the head unit before pairing the new phone.

Thanks for the info. We foolishly updated our phones to ios 11.3. After Googling, I understand this version has random Bluetooth issues. Not sure what the solution will be. I did get both phones to connect once or twice. But not consistently.

Thank you. I ended up deleting the old phones and paired the phones again. Seems to work fine now.

Thanks again.
