Havent driven it yet, now that I am doing some research on the shaking issue I want to go in to the dealership (Autonation) armed with all the relevant info before my test drive. Given that this is a 1-owner vehicle, 86k on the clock and the CarFax shows a regular pattern of maintenance from Mr PO but doesn't indicate anything about a reported head-shake problem, I am thinking it would've come up by now. But to play devils advocate, if it does in fact have a shake problem, can I as the 2nd owner (potential, lets not get ahead of myself) go to Subaru for the TSB fix?
Thanks for your input. Wish I still had my'00 Outback but nothing last forever. Maybe this'll be my next one.

...if it had the shake it would have turned up by now. If you test drive it fell for the shake at around65-68mph. It only affected a few Carson the overall production run
