I have replaced the IAC valve ,the TPS, ALL new plugs and still idles at 350 to 400 once warmed up in Drive. In Park ( once warmed up) its idles at about 400.

Any ideas why idle so low?

It also acts sometimes like its " starving" for fuel. Maybe the mixture/ airflow is off ?

Thoughts? ALL Subaru parts

much appreciated

Are you sure that's really where it's idling? The tachometer is very misleading in these cars. What does an OBDII scanner say it's idling at?

You do have a fuel filter under the hood, so you could swap that out. On a ten year old car, it can't hurt. You never know--it might be plugged up a bit.
