if that K&N filter is a wet oil kind. ...step one: drop it in the trash. as it only gets dirty and dirtier.
being impossible to wash all the fine dirt out .

disposable paper filters work great. = like disposable toilet paper vs. a "washable" sponge from 2000 years ago.

K&N isn't the end of the world. Not the Zombie A ...

More like "men who stare at goats"

A Subaru SPT, AEM, or AVO panel might gain 1 HP or NOT...The K&N just adds some "richness".

Welcome, MASH Wagon. Please set the kind of rough first comments aside, and hopefully have a great time here. This place is like family. Many of us say things here that we wouldn't say to friends. But in the end, everyone is quite helpful. Regardless of whether we care for K&N filters or not.
