I am replacing some tired vacuum hoses and figured the manifold absolute pressure sensor filter (22663AA010) could be replaced cheaply. I now have the new parts - the new MAP sensor filter has a dot on one side that I didn’t notice on the old one. Which way around should I install the filter please ?

I installed it this way around shown in the picture, with the dot is on the intake manifold side. Maybe the MAP sensor filter orientation doesn't matter but if yours if different please let me know.
