Hey folks, gonna replace my bulbs tomorrow and polish up the headlights. Also need to address the moisture that I've seen in my left headlight.

I suppose the obvious culprit is where the main bulb is- so I guess check to make sure it is seated properly and that the boot is intact. Anything else I should check for?

Watch this guy's video, it's pretty good. And take care to heed his advice to watch out for the bulb retention mechanism, it is pretty fragile.

To our specific question about moisture: It's not sealed with a boot, it's a plastic protective cup in back of the bulb. Check the O-ring surrounding this plastic for integrity, and when you put it all back, be sure to lock it in place.

Perfect, thank you!
