Hi All,
Here is the front view of my '02 OBW LTD. My add-ons include:
Fake hood scoop,
Front grille from Zero Sports grille from Japan,
Front bumper guard and window visors bought from Subaru dealer in UK,
Yakima roof rack with deflector,
OEM front hood deflector with matching color,
OEM Rear Air spoiler,
OEM Lift gate handle bar

I like the hood scoop. Now did you cut and put that there or was that a previous year hood? Brian

Brian,

The hood scoop is made from ABS plastic. I bought it from JC Witney online. It is the WRX-style scoop by Ventshade (?). All you do is tape it onto the hood. No cutting or nothing. The only thing I did to it is painting it with matching color.

The only REAL 2nd gen Outback hood I've ever seen is this one:

This is from a NASIOC member's Outback named Maverick Outback. He has actually hooked up his '04 OB pretty **** well. I've invited him here a few times but he never responds...

No, it's a Genuine Subaru Accessory.

how much is it? does it bolt on or is a stick on?

It bolts onto the bumper with 2 screws, and from memory I think it was roughly A$300 (I'll double check).

The grille is from www.teiwa.co.jp from Japan and the front bumper guard is from www.acekensington.co.uk from England.
I bought them in 2002 and the bumper guard did not fit the US spec OB bumper perfectly. I had to modify it to fit.

I hear you. For some reason. People in the States don't think too much about their OBWs. So there is practically no mods for them. You have to go overseas and pay a fortune for them.

I really find my OBW very sexy and with tinted windows, it is way cooool!

Good luck finding items for your OBW and you will like it very much.
