Or, you got a bad thermostat. It happens.

Remove the thermostat and fill the system back up and run the car and check for flow at the radiator. If you have flow, replace with another thermostat from Subaru and be sure to burp the air out. An air pocket will prevent flow.

tried without thermostat....leaked like a sieve...found my old non-OEM stat and gutted it....added gasket and no more leaks...shop warmin' up...back at it after the Leafs Bruins game...;)))
