Need help with purchase

I went to look at a 2005 Outback LL Bean. Owner sd the car has small head gasket leak which is causing the water level to be low. I have had Subarus with head gasket leaks but they didnt cause the water level to be low. Any feedback?

Also we took the car on the interstate and when I changed to the left lane at about 65mph, the car vibrated heavily. Any feedback? Tie rod, etc?
