New oil pan gasket split.

Hello everyone first post here. Need some opinions if this is going to be ok or if I should replace it again. 2001 outback LL. Pulled oil pan, cleaned mating surfaces then ran a bead of RTV about 1/8-3/16" around the pan, put the gasket on and bolted everything back up 5ft lbs all the way around but the gasket split in several places. I've never seen a gasket do this.
Thoughts? Might have to pinch and zoom to see the splitting

Subaru generally uses Fuji Bond sealant instead of RTV. No gasket on the oil pan. Apparently the Nissan brand is same but way cheaper than from Subaru
