I just bought 4 new Conti tires for my 2010 OB with 142,000 miles on it. I bought them at an independent tire store last Thursday. After about 20 miles, the TPMS light came on. Tested the tire pressure with a gauge and it showed about 34 PSI in all tires.

This morning the TPMS light was on briefly, then went off and stayed off. I did replace two of the sensors last year.

So, did the tire store do something that could cause this?

Do I need to replace the other two sensors?

TIA

I would inquire if the tire shop reset the TPMS sensors. When they take them on and off the sensors need to be repaired back to the receiver on the car. You may want to go to the dealership to have them reset it if they didn't. Otherwise if they said they did then it could be the sensors are bad.

The light has not come on since. Fingers crossed. So, do I still need this reset by the shop?
