There is a noise after initial takeoff coming from my new '13 OB. It only happens one time. It comes from the front right wheel. It makes a clunk sound. But not a metal clunk noise. Almost makes the same sort of noise that your power door locks make when they auto lock at whatever speed.

The noise only happens one time after the initial startup of the car. I put it in drive and take off. When i reach approx 10 mph the noise happens.

If I stop and start again leaving the car in drive, no noise.

If I stop, put the car in park, put car back in drive and go, no noise.

If I stop, put the car in park, turn car completely off and then restart it, put car back in drive and go, the noise will happen again.

So it only happens one time after you start the car, put in drive, and hit approx 10 mph.

What is this? It cant be the cv shaft. It would be more consistent. I am at a loss. Guess I will take it in for its first warranty work. :(

It's the ABS system check. Normal, some think it comes from the rear.

Yup, this noise is covered in the owner's manual, it's around page 7-24.
