I'm loving my new 2013 Outback but was wondering if it's possible to add the two seat/mirror memory buttons to my car that are included with the SAP. It's not the biggest issue but it would be nice for my wife and I to save our seat/mirror preferences. I'm the primary driver but my wife is increasingly taking the wheel of the Outback. We have Eyesight (which was more important to us than the SAP options) and I'm wondering why not include this feature that seems pretty standard these days in new cars.

Sorry, I assumed that it saved the mirror settings. My 07 Tahoe did both.

It's more than just buttons and a control module - I believe the seats also need special "step" motors in order to have the memory function.

I was hoping it wouldn't be too much work. My level of effort for this would need to be pretty easy to add the functionality. Otherwise it looks like I'll have to keep my wife out of the drivers seat :D
