Hey, everyone! Name's Allen from SoCal (SGV). Don't have a Subie yet, but the wife and I are eying a '13 Outback. Not sure if we want the 4 or 6 banger yet. Want the 4 banger for MPG, but the 6 for that extra kick. I've got a 7 year old and 1 more on the way and the wife is looking to upgrade from her old one. Don't do too much traveling, but you never know. We'll probably still be taking my Honda Pilot for longer trips, but will use the Subie for stuff around town. I'm also an Admin over on ToyotaNation.com, another one of the sites owned by AutoForums/AutoGuide.

If you folks have any pointers about purchasing a new OB, I'd love to hear them. I've already perused the dealer thread already, thanks, everyone! :29:

Hey, Dean, thanks for the welcome! That'd be great if you could if you could provide me with some feedback about the 2.5 on your trip. I'll probably be making my purchase in a couple months or so, just wanted to get some real world impressions about the OB.

Thanks for the heads up! :29:

edit: I'm assuming IMBA is the International Mtn Bicycling Association? Didn't want to join the wrong group and flash the sales guy the wrong membership card, that would be awkward! lol

If you Join I.M.B.A. ($40) and are a member a minimum of six months, when you negotiate your best deal, whip out your membership card and get an additional $500 off the price. Subaru is a proud sponsor of IMBA.:)
