I called the Stealer and they want $30, $27, and $14 for the flippin' refills (in Canada)! kind of frustrating when I can go online and see what SPO charges....

I decided to try Trico NeoForm blades, bonus that they were on sale. Seem good so far.
(Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, thought I'd add new information rather than start a new thread)
Aren't wiper blades included in the 3yr warranty?

Wear Item Limited Warranty
WEAR ITEM COVERAGE is 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Items covered are brake pad/shoe linings, clutch linings, and wiper blades.

Looks like the same applies for 2012. I didn't go back any further than that. Got my free replacements today when I took my Outback in for an oil change.
I read my warranty booklet and wiper blades are excluded from the 3-year plan and fall under warranty for 12 months. They weren't bending on it.
I looked at the info in post #16 (quoted above). It does say wiper blades are covered under a "wear item warranty" for 3/36k.

The last time I went in for an oil change I asked the service guy if wipers were covered under the warranty. He said, "If they are streaking." The other service guy said (without even looking at the car), "They are streaking, I'll get you some new ones." And that was that.
