US vs. Canada then (or just an a-hole dealer). In my experience service is better in your neck of the woods, here we're seen as suckers walking around with wads of cash (I guess?)...
My last trip to the US, we went to Longhorn and had to wait 3-4 minutes before a server came by. Later on the manager came, apologized for the wait, and told us to order any desert we wanted. We thought a 4 minute wait was very fast compared to most places we've gone to in our home city... 5+ is the norm.
Further Canada pricing: If I go to the dealer for the oil change maintenance, I can get the small service pack (OC, road test, fluid top-up, suspension check, lube hinges/locks, etc) for $98 (taxes-in) or order an a-la-carte OC (only OC) for $110 plus taxes.....
