Hi all, I bought a scooby outback 2005 2.5se as a family hack wagon. I managed to snap some plastic fitting within the right hand side headlamp assembly while changing the bulb this morning - Feel like such a numpty!

I need to remove the whole headlamp assembly to fix... Anyone guide me on the steps or provide a link to the technical manual?

So far I've managed to remove the air box, detach all wires and remove the grill. The headlamp assembly is now loose but not coming out. Do I need to also remove the front bumper = hope not? If so how

Any guidelines appreciated!

Thanks in advance

See attached. Looks as if the bumper cover does have to come off, at least according to the FSM, but perhaps there's a way around this.

Let us know how it turns out. . .
