does it smell like fuel at the exhaust? could be flooded, crank while holding the pedal to the floor - that signals the ECU to withhold fuel to 'clear flood condition'.
Or, try some starting fluid, if it fires/tries to run for a second, you have a fuel supply problem.
when was the timing belt last serviced? maybe timing has slipped a coupla teeth?
If you are convinced the battery is good, the problem is likely the clamps, cables or starter solenoid.
Have you tried a jump start? Sometimes the extra power or better ground path through the jump will wake things up.
