You'll want to check the resistance before replacing. I have attached a couple pics. One shows the location, the other has the resistance measure.

If the cam sensor checks good, and your grounding is good, when was the last time you replaced the T-Belt?

It bolts to the engine at the back of the driver side cam in front if the oil fill tube. It's the only 2 wire sensor in that area.
