The passenger window doesn't work. It happened once before and the dealer showed me a quick fix, but I can't remember what he did, thinking I wouldn't really need to do it again.

Carol,

First off, always give us the year, model and mileage of your car, as it narrows down dramatically the solutions to any issue you may have.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you may have your window lock out switch in the down position on the driver's door switch plate? If you do, just pop it into its up position and you may solve the issue.
