I haven't had any luck finding anything online for sheet metal patch panels for the common rust areas on OB/Legacy rear fenders. I can't imagine anyone is going to pony up for a whole quarter panel... I would think there would be a market for the areas around the wheel well arch. They would make repairing rust much easier.

Nope. Most folks just have some metal welded in, or ignore the fender rust.

I had to go to central PA to find a rust free 2000-2004 outback in a huge pick and pull worth copping on.

(not that fun of a chop to get the passenger side off with the gas filler hose there.)

And we EU outbacks have plastic covering all the rust for us. Lol
But just take other metal from other car , cut it and weld it to place if you need to.
And gas filler place is just worse, its just dying on my eyes now last year. All those rust bubbles start coming off and stuff. Find other car without rust and cut that place out of it weld it to your car . or more hard way try and sculpt it yourself
