Our 2005 Outback Turbo wagon is in for timing belt at 109,000...its late.
Dealer says head gaskets leaking and says $3400 for that and timing belt (they do it all while pulling engine.) I dont want to pay $550 for timing belt now, and $3400 for head gaskets a few months later.

Ive had to add small amounts of oil every 2 weeks or so, but no smells, excessive leaking, etc.
Nothing in driveway..but I read that doesnt mean anything.

Im in northwest Philadelphia area near King of Prussia, PA.

Are there any enthusiast shops around here that are less expensive, maybe use better gasket, etc?

Thank you.
My son was to take this car to Chicago for the summer...cant use this car with this happening.

Thanks
