Hello everyone, I wanted to make this thread so everyone could post up any good pics they have of their 2010 Outback. In fact if our administrative staff likes your pictures there is a good chance one will be featured on the main homepage. Put'em up and keep'em comin' :20:

P.S. If you have any good action pics, you get bonus points :D

They are all going to look exactly the same besides the color, but hey, why not.
I was thinking more along the lines of if someone would want to take some pics of their Outback in a fine setting, the admin staff would take such into greater consideration. Just look around our member gallery here, people do all sorts of stuff with their Outbacks. Offroading in mountains, mud pits, forests, deserts, etc. Many people like to take pictures next to historic landmarks or just shots overlooking a scenic area such as San Fransisco, Grand Canyon, view of the ocean. Things of that nature, its not all about the vehicle but rather being creative in incorporating the vehicle into what would otherwise be a great picture without it.

it's cretin question time: how do i get my downloaded picture smaller so it can be seen without having to scroll to see the entire picture???
I don't know if you have Mac or PC, if you have PC then use Windows Paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager to scale down any picture you have. For picture manager selection the edit picture option and you can resize from there.

Hi everyone,
I put about 12 pictures of a 2010 3.6r Limited w/nav in Azurite Blue in the member gallery.
Thanks, you did a great job showcasing the Azurite Blue color!

TO ALL MEMBERS: I would greatly prefer that you do what azeem has done, create your own personal gallery here. That way you can just direct everyone there instead of posting any gigantic pictures you may have in this thread. Pics smaller than 500x500 pixels are welcome in this thread, otherwise put'em up in your gallery and we can check them out there.

500 X 500 seems a bit small..Lost too many details.:D
Frank the 500 comment was simply made to regulate the HUGE pictures many like to post in threads. Forgive me if I was sounding a bit stringent, if you want to go a bit over be my guest. But like I said, creating your own gallery and linking it in a thread such as this will benefit yourself, the site, and its members moreso than posting gigantic pictures.

If I may say, your pictures are gorgeous. I think your first picture with the mountains in the background is a top candidate for a new homepage picture ;)

I agree with you. That 17" wheels look small on the big outback. I would like to have a 18" option. Look at the Venza, they got 19" as standard. I'm jealous.:10:
I don't know how durable they would be but why not consider getting the stock 18" rims from a 2010 Legacy GT? They look pretty good and you could still keep your TPMS happy, 225/55/18 tires would fit the same as the OEM 16 and 17 inch tires.

Also, I like your pic and consider it a top candidate for the homepage. Keep'em comin' :D

Lets face it, there hasn't been an all-season that is even remotely decent in the snow.
I beg to differ, I've had great success in deep snow using the Nokian WR and Vatiiva tires. Ice is a different story. I think you'll be pleasently surprised with your new Nokian tires about about 500 miles or so (it takes a little mileage to break them in properly, they're not great at first).

It's tough to call the old WR all-seasons when they are branded with a flake. They should just make a category called "all-weather".
You know, I mis-read your previous post and would like to state that you are inadvertantly correct. The WR series tires are not all-season, they are in fact labeled as an "All-Weather" according to www.tiresbyweb.com

My mistake :1pat:

I deleted a picture post that a member made showing their 2009 Outback, this thread is for 2010 Outbacks ONLY. Like I had stated earlier it is acceptable to post pics that have other generation Outbacks in them so long as there is a 2010 model in the picture as well. There are plenty of other places and specific threads on this site to post such pictures. If you don't follow the thread rules your posts will be deleted. Thanks!

Is it me or does it seem like Subaru is starting to take away trunk/storage space in the back to give the rear seat passengers more room?!?!? That picture shows it so well too.
I think you may be viewing the difference between the size of the rear side windows on the 2010 and 2005-2009 models to come to that conclusion, but don't be fooled. Subaru did a great job engineering the 2010 model so to add more passenger room while still maintaining and increasing the amount of cargo room. Looks can be decieving, when you compare both side by side in person it is more than apparent that the 2010 has much more usable interior space in all areas by comparison to all previous models.

Fantastic shot. Any chance you might be able to provide a link to a higher resolution version. I'd like to use your pic for my wallpaper.

Thanks,
Joe
As a general note, to anyone requesting or receiving a request for a larger picture that they have already posted on this site... please fulfill any such request using the Private Message system or perhaps via email. You can always share a link to another hosting site as well.

This thread was more intended for people to post single pics of their Outbacks, not mutiple duplicate images of differing sizes. Also please refrain from quoting a post in which the original image will be duplicated in another post. Thanks! :)
