Passenger side power seat does not work, cannot go back or forward.
Upper button does work to operate back rest. Seat is locked all the way forward on a 2011 Outback with 45K miles.

More than likely its the power switch itself that is bad. I had the same issue and replaced the switch myself. it took about 30 minutes. The part cost about $ 100.00

Its pretty easy, and the parts guy should tell you how to do it.
