Canadian name only as per the first line of the article. (like the article is written for the canadian market)

maybe Premium means something dirty to Quebecers?,...or the article was written in french and translated to english and that was not corrected.

The Premier is the Canadian top of the line model, analogous to the Touring in the US. Touring was already taken as a trim level name in Canada, that's what our "Premium" is called.
